Co-Founder
Rachel Spiers
Rachel is passionate about helping every child discover the joy and freedom that comes from learning to read. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and is a Certified Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner. As a co-founder of LAMP, she combines her expertise in literacy intervention with her faith in Christ to bring light and hope through education. Before starting LAMP, Rachel worked in education and social work, supporting children with learning differences and unique needs. As a mother of a child with dyslexia, she has a personal understanding of the challenges families face and a deep desire to see every child grow in confidence and in their ability to know God’s Word for themselves.

Elisha Kalvass
Elisha believes that literacy empowers individuals and transforms society. Her own journey with dyslexia has shaped her passion for creating learning environments where struggling readers can thrive. She understands firsthand how the right support can unlock a child’s potential and equip them with the literacy skills to unlock the freedom that comes from reading the Gospel..
